6. User Conduct and Termination

You agree not to use the Platform to defame, abuse, or harm the reputation of iFreelyTrading. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and deny any associated benefits, as well as cease any operational relationship, if we determine that you have engaged in activities we consider harmful to the platform or its community. This includes, but is not limited to, making false or malicious public statements about the Platform while using it to trade.

All content and materials on the Platform, including the logo, design, and software, are the property of iFreelyTrading and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFreelyTrading will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting them on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
